Please contact us to discuss this. Our courses are bespoke for each organisation that commissions our services.
All courses are based on the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine, and each course is designed in consultation with the commissioner to adapt the content to be appropriate for those attending. We train face to face whenever possible - but recognise that due to geography to time restraints, it may be preferable to deliver at least part of the course online.
We know that training can be very expensive, and we want to keep lifestyle medicine training as accessible as possible. Talk to us, see what we can offer you. We can guarantee that you will be pleasantly surprised.

Not at present. This is because we don’t have a doctor-patient relationship with individuals, who should always seek medical advice from their registered GP surgery or specialist.
Not at present. We are planning on offering this in future, as resources permit.
We recommend a whole food diet eating a wide variety of foods from plant and animal sources with minimal ultraprocessed foods. We recognise that everyone is different and has different dietary requirements and medical issues.
Our funding comes from those who commission our courses. We do not take payment from food or pharmaceutical companies. As the Living Well Course team we do not have any political or religious affiliations.
